Do you meet every candidate first?
Yes. Every candidate has a conversation with us before their CV reaches a client. You receive a shortlist with context on their track record, motivation and what it would take to make a move.
How are your fees structured?
Placement work is contingent; executive search is retained. Both are a percentage of first-year compensation, agreed in writing before we start.
How do you protect confidentiality?
Candidates are never named to a firm without their consent. For confidential mandates, the client’s name is not shared with the market until the shortlist stage.
How long does a search take?
Placements usually close in four to six weeks. Executive searches typically run six to ten weeks, depending on seniority and confidentiality requirements.
Can you help with a move to the Gulf?
Our Abu Dhabi desk brings an on-the-ground view of the market. We discuss the package, housing, schooling and visa timeline so you can make an informed decision.
What if the hire doesn’t work out?
Placements carry a replacement guarantee. If someone leaves within the agreed guarantee period, we run the search again at no further fee.
