The people behind

What makes the difference

We get to know people
before introducing them.

We interview every candidate ourselves before a client sees a CV. We want to understand the track record, the motivation and the setting in which someone will do their best work.

That same attention goes into the brief. We ask about the team, the expectations and what has made the role difficult to fill. The result is a short list with a reason behind each name.
